The Need:
Praise God, the Gospel has taken root in Mexico and continues to advance! Hundreds of new house churches and small congregations are eager to train pastors to provide leadership for their growing churches.

Many of our Mexican brothers have valiantly responded to God's call to pastor these churches. Unfortunately, some theological training is still needed and some basic tools are required in order to better serve their congregations.

The Impact:
Unlike foreign missionaries, these pastors already speak Spanish and understand the culture. By investing our resources in their training, we will multiply our ministry and achieve a much greater impact than if we tried to do this job ourselves. By putting tools into their hands, this ministry could help leaders to equip and edify hundreds of thousands of believers.

The Investment:
By housing pastors in the camp cabins and building an auditorium for 400-600, we can reach many pastors at once. An annual program of invited guest speakers will teach seminars vital to a pastor's ministry, such as, Preparation of Biblical Sermons, Family Counseling, Christian Education, Small Group Ministry, Management of Church Finances, Evangelism, and Worship, among others. Pastors can get the tools they need to do the job.
